Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for customer support, sales, quality, and manufacturing roles, working either hybrid from Denver, CO, or fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions, managing both active and passive pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments, particularly in customer support, sales, quality, or manufacturing roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
