Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment processes, leverage data-driven strategies to enhance hiring outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while working standard hours, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Drive candidate and hiring manager experiences by managing communications and improving the hiring journey
• Lead full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers
• Utilize metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions for effective hiring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies for niche roles
