Job Summary

To support a dynamic Talent Discovery team, the remote Senior Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, focusing on strategic passive talent sourcing and cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support critical hiring needs through strategic passive talent sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment across various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research to adapt to changing business requirements and enhance candidate engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Passion for building a career in technical recruiting, with a preference for expertise in passive candidate sourcing
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tactics and best practices to build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and utilize data to inform recruitment strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred but not required
