Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles, the contract Senior Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working in Richardson, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to onboarding for various roles
• Act as a talent advisor, influencing hiring strategies and providing market insights
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business with 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other HR departments and hiring managers
