Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and source candidates for specialized property and casualty insurance positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Source and recruit active and passive candidates for specialized P&C insurance positions, including Underwriting and Claims
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including requisition activity and time-to-fill
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
- P&C insurance recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting specialized professional positions, particularly Underwriting and Claims
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate development skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technology; LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
