Job Summary

Supporting talent acquisition efforts across the United States, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging social platforms and data-driven strategies to attract diverse top talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including sourcing, pre-screening, and leading interview processes
• Create tailored job advertisements for social media channels and specialized platforms to attract outstanding talent
• Utilize data insights to inform recruitment strategies and collaborate with external partners to support broader business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Proven experience supporting multiple business lines
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and corporate positions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, process-driven environments while meeting KPIs
