Owning full-cycle hiring for various business functions, the remote Senior Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and candidate experience while building talent pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Build proactive talent maps and conduct tailored outreach to attract candidates
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and align with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions, including technical roles
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality
