Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a collaborative and motivated Senior Recruiter, the full-time remote position will focus on full-cycle recruiting for engineering, go-to-market, and general operations roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent and optimize hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support hiring across G&A and non-technical functions, adjusting approaches to team dynamics
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation in a competitive talent market
• Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using ATS to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in finance, operations, marketing, and sales
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool company
• Strong working knowledge of ATS (Ashby preferred) and sourcing platforms
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams
