- Leverage recruiting metrics and data to optimize performance and improve hiring outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Experience supporting internal talent acquisition functions
- Proficient in using various Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
