Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the full recruitment process for the Southern Division, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage talent acquisition from entry to senior-level roles, develop candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding support
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for mid-level positions while coordinating with Executive Recruiters for senior roles
• Implement effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, including HR concepts and processes
• Proven experience recruiting for leadership roles at the Manager level and above
• Experience in sourcing candidates and managing recruitment databases
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience being a plus
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse audiences, including global teams
