Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the full recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles in the Southern Division, the full-time Senior Recruiter will develop talent pipelines, provide guidance to hiring managers, and manage the recruitment database while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executive recruiters to fulfill talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles at the Manager level and above
• Proficiency in database management and reporting, including experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience in sourcing candidates through identification, research, and outreach
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively while managing confidential documents
