Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, this role will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for enterprise accounts, providing strategic guidance to hiring managers and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full cycle recruitment for roles at all levels, ensuring compliance with ethical hiring standards
• Facilitate strategic discussions with hiring leaders to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to recruit for senior and specialized positions across multiple levels
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and leading VMS platforms
• Prior experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or professional services preferred
