Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the Midwest Division's full-service recruitment processes, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring for roles from entry to senior levels, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and pre-screening interviews
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for mid-level positions while collaborating with Executive Recruiters for higher-level roles
• Implement effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, including HR concepts and processes
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles at the Manager level and above
• Proficiency in database management and experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus
• Strong background in sourcing candidates through research and outreach
• Experience working with Director and VP level clients, along with managing confidential documents
