Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Providing full-service recruitment processes for the Midwest Division, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring needs from entry to senior-level roles, develop talent pipelines, and support hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and pre-screening interviews
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for mid-level positions and coordinate with Executive Recruiters for senior roles
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and achieving talent acquisition goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, including HR concepts and processes
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles, specifically Manager and above
• Proficiency in database management and reporting, with experience in applicant tracking systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse audiences, including global teams
• Experience in a start-up environment or with process implementation is a plus
