Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the full vertical of hiring needs for the Midwest Division, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for mid-level to senior-level roles, develop talent pipelines, and provide guidance to hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executive recruiters to fulfill staffing needs efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination
• Experience recruiting for leadership roles, including Manager and above
• Proficiency in database management and applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience preferred
• Experience in sourcing candidates through research, outreach, and relationship building
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively while managing confidential information
