Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare staffing initiative, the full-time Senior Recruiter will identify, engage, and place healthcare professionals through proactive sourcing and relationship-building, working remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive healthcare candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screenings, submissions, and offer negotiations
- Maintain strong client relationships and consistently meet recruiting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of relevant work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of experience
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or direct hire staffing
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and CRM databases
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment
