Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To drive hiring across various game development and iGaming roles, the fully remote Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, close complex positions, and organize recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making
• Personally lead and close complex, niche, and high-priority vacancies while partnering with Hiring Managers
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, including vacancy management and ATS administration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the iGaming/game development industry
• Proven ability to close challenging and niche technical, creative, and business roles
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building effective search strategies for limited candidate pools
• Experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously and working directly with Hiring Managers
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a focus on collaboration with Eastern European teams
