Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support hiring exceptional talent across the company, the contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for both GTM and technical roles in a remote capacity, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to define profiles and implement sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using various strategies, including LinkedIn and networking
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights and candidate feedback throughout the search process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both technical and non-technical roles
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates across diverse role types and seniority levels
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Ashby
• Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area talent market
• Ability to operate independently as a contractor, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
