Job Summary

Owning full-cycle hiring across various functions, the remote Senior Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and candidate experience for roles in Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations while utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation across multiple functions
• Build talent maps and proactively source candidates using tailored outreach strategies
• Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and align hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as Engineering and IT strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar systems and strong sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends
• Ability to manage multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality
