Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven organization, the remote Senior Recruiter will engage in a six-month contract to manage high-volume hiring for non-clinical Care Delivery teams, focusing on roles such as Social Workers and Enrollment Specialists while also supporting corporate hiring as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-volume searches end-to-end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and close
• Partner closely with Care Delivery leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or high-volume environment
• Proven success in managing high-volume hiring across operations or customer-facing roles
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in both inbound and outbound strategies
• Experience using recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose problems and improve results
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby
