To support a dynamic recruitment environment, the full-time Senior Recruiter will drive all aspects of talent acquisition, focusing on strategic sourcing and building candidate relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative recruitment sourcing strategies for open positions
- Proactively research and identify passive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to screen and qualify candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in the industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in direct sourcing and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency in using ATS and manual systems for tracking candidate information
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members throughout the sourcing process
