Job Summary
Supporting a high-visibility recruiting program, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, manufacturing, engineering, and professional-level talent in a hybrid work environment based in Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive hiring outcomes
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates across multiple requisitions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to manage requisitions independently
- Experience recruiting within electronics manufacturing, engineering, or related environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in engaging passive candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
