Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To lead hiring efforts for strategic business and technical roles, the full-time Senior Recruiter will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, driving recruitment operations and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to influence headcount planning and advise on hiring strategies
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build candidate pools for key roles while providing insights on talent trends and optimizing recruiting processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across technical, product, and/or creative roles
- Proven success in closing candidates in competitive markets
- Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-quality pipelines
