Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
Partnering closely with hiring managers, the temporary Senior Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support for a variety of professional and operational positions while working remotely in the Portland metro area for a three-month engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage approximately 10-15 open requisitions at any given time
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while coordinating the interview and offer process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professional-level talent
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
