Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent & People department remotely on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with hiring managers and executives/founders as the expert in talent acquisition
• Influence and impact the company's culture, compensation, and hiring decisions
• Tackle various problems related to systems setup, sourcing, and recruiting disciplines

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting agency or in-house recruiting team
• Ability to see ambiguity as an opportunity and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Service-oriented, curious, and respectful attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
