Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the recruiting strategy for clinical and frontline hires aligned with health plan contracts
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives
• Enhance and establish end-to-end recruitment processes as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in clinical recruiting
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
• Ability to cultivate consultative relationships and prioritize quality over transactional interactions
• Experience overseeing end-to-end high volume recruitment processes and developing effective strategies
• Metrics-driven approach to drive hiring process at scale
