Senior Recruiter, Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new business and capture efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates
• Identify and build a network of security cleared individuals for proposals, particularly for the Department of Defense
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic technical experts and recruit mid and senior level talent

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience, including USG business development efforts
• Experience recruiting for positions supporting the Department of War, including cleared personnel
• Familiarity with RFPs, PWSs, and labor categories
• Prior experience in a small or mid-sized government contracting environment
