A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on claims and insurance roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter sourcing partner for recruiters and hiring leaders on claims roles
• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for claims hiring, including talent pipeline management
• Build and maintain long-term claims talent pipelines and support surge hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in the claims domain, including insurance operations
• 4-6+ years of hands-on sourcing experience for regulated or licensed roles
• 3-5+ years in a consultative or embedded sourcing model with operational leaders
• Proficiency with high-volume or advanced sourcing platforms and ATS/CRM systems
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing passive talent
