Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter, EMEA (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15-18 requisitions in manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and prioritize hiring timelines
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with RPO workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in RPO or staffing agency settings
- Experience recruiting for professional and managerial roles
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of the EMEA market is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines and service level agreements
