Job Summary
Leading the attraction and acquisition strategies for corporate functions, the temporary Senior Recruiter EMEA will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop data-driven recruitment strategies, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance candidate experiences while working remotely for an 11-month maternity cover.
Key responsibilities
- Leading strategic sourcing and pipeline activities in partnership with senior leaders for designated business units
- Developing unique, data-driven recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager
- Coordinating with various People and Culture teams to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding of new employees
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience within EMEA
- Proven ability to build customized recruitment strategies and work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service focused mentality
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions while remaining flexible in ambiguous situations
