To support the growth of a dynamic team, the remote Senior Recruiter for CFP Professionals will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in specialized roles, particularly Certified Financial Planner professionals.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, specialized roles with a focus on scaling the CFP professional pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define role profiles and develop effective interview processes
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage and convert high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • 4+ years of experience sourcing and closing specialized positions, particularly CFP professionals or in wealth management
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers and leadership teams
