Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing financial technology company, the remote Senior Recruiter for Financial Advisors will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized positions, focusing on Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), Financial Advisors, and Wealth Management professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized corporate and financial advisory positions
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting financial advisors, CFP professionals, or wealth management professionals
- Previous experience in fintech, wealth management, investment management, banking, or financial services
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems
