• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies
• Drive international recruiting efforts, ensuring compliance with visa processes and labor laws
• Utilize data to track hiring metrics and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for General & Administrative roles
• Experience with international hiring and compliance
• Strong ability to partner with leadership and influence hiring decisions
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever ATS
