Supporting Ford Racing in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Recruiter for Motorsports will manage full lifecycle recruiting, collaborate with stakeholders, and advocate for candidates to fill critical roles in the performance and motorsport sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for Ford Racing roles, from intake to offer, across various functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective search strategies
• Lead candidate screening and assessment processes, ensuring alignment with role and culture

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or specialized environments
• Proven success managing senior-level stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong skills in candidate assessment and interviewing with a focus on quality and fit
• Experience working remotely with geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data and insights to leadership
