Job Summary

To support healthcare staffing needs, the full-time Senior Recruiter in Georgia will identify, engage, and place healthcare professionals through proactive sourcing and consultative recruiting, focusing on passive candidates while working remotely with a preference for the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage active and passive healthcare candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, submission, and placement
• Maintain client satisfaction by consistently meeting recruiting performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of relevant work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of experience
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or direct hire staffing
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
• Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruitment environment
