Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including contract and direct hire
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various sourcing tools
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with program needs and support hiring for federal positions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in GovCon recruiting within a federal contracting environment
• Strong sourcing mindset with the ability to generate candidate pipelines independently
• Experience supporting federal contractors or government programs
