Job Summary
To support a dynamic fintech startup, the remote Senior Recruiter - GTM/Tech will manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on outbound sourcing and talent engagement, helping to build high-performing teams across sales, operations, and technical functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer and closing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and refine recruiting operations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
- Proven success in hiring sales and go-to-market talent
- Experience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
