• Own full-cycle recruiting for Talent team roles including recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators
• Partner with Talent and People leaders to define role needs and drive hiring outcomes
• Source exceptional recruiting talent and deliver a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies
• Demonstrated success in hiring recruiters, sourcers, and talent operators
• Deep sourcing expertise with a focus on building strong, diverse pipelines
• Metrics-oriented approach to refine search strategies and improve hiring processes
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a high-velocity environment
