Senior Recruiter - Infrastructure

Job Summary

To support a growing renewable energy startup, the full-time Senior Recruiter - Infrastructure will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage hiring processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from the energy infrastructure sector
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit
• Run high-velocity hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and facilitating post-interview debriefs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or energy infrastructure roles
• Proven track record in filling critical roles in Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering
• Ability to identify and close candidates with niche engineering and infrastructure skill sets
• Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools and data-driven recruiting practices
