Senior Recruiter - Infrastructure

Job Summary

To support a growing renewable energy startup, the full-time Senior Recruiter - Infrastructure will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage hiring processes remotely while focusing on critical roles in Grid Interconnection, Data Center Project Development, and High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from relevant sectors
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit
• Run efficient hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and negotiating offers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or energy infrastructure
• Proven track record in filling critical roles in Grid Interconnection or Data Center/Renewable Project Development
• Ability to identify and close candidates with niche engineering skill sets
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools and data-driven recruiting practices
