Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for various roles in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medical devices
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top scientific and technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on life sciences or healthcare industries
• Demonstrated success recruiting for scientific, clinical, or regulatory roles
• Strong understanding of life sciences terminology, job functions, and industry trends
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
