Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in an early-stage high-growth tech company
• Proven track record of sourcing passive top-tier Marketing and G&A talent
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a high volume of candidates
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data to optimize recruiting
