Job Summary

To support specialized hiring in motorsports and performance automotive, the full-time Senior Recruiter - Motorsports will manage full-cycle recruiting, engage niche talent markets, and partner with hiring managers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Source and engage passive candidates in specialized automotive markets, building strong talent pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success in recruiting technical or specialized automotive talent
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
