Senior Recruiter, Oncology

Job Summary

To support the U.S. Therapeutics team within Oncology, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will manage recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage open job requisitions and update SmartRecruiters while achieving recruiting metrics
• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned with business priorities
• Establish partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing-related activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required; 7+ years preferred
• Commercial Oncology recruitment experience preferred
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
