Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Quantitative Research and Data Science teams, partnering with senior hiring managers to attract top-tier talent in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth efforts
• Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of PhD-level quantitative research talent
• Own the candidate experience and manage the offer process with effective closing strategies

Required qualifications

• At least five years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent
• Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researcher and Data Science talent preferred
• Excellent client management skills with a history of developing consultative relationships with stakeholders
• Track record of contributions at the team level, including mentorship and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree (a plus) and authorization to work in the United States
