Job Summary
To support a growing R&D team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support hiring across R&D functions by sourcing and closing senior/staff+ technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and optimizing workflows using the ATS
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep technical fluency in specialized markets
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool company
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
- Strong working knowledge of ATS, preferably Ashby, and sourcing platforms
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams
