Job Summary

Leading recruitment efforts for wind and solar initiatives, the full-time Senior Recruiter - Renewable Energy will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various technical and operational roles in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions related to wind and solar operations
• Partner with hiring leaders to fill roles across development, engineering, construction, and other teams
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain accurate recruiting records within applicant tracking systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors
• Demonstrated success in hiring for technical and operational positions across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of project-driven recruiting and managing searches across various locations
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of talent market trends and sourcing techniques relevant to the renewable energy industry
