Job Summary

Leading the recruitment efforts for wind and solar initiatives, the full-time Senior Recruiter - Renewable Energy will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various technical, operational, and corporate positions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions related to wind and solar operations, from intake meetings to offer completion
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to fill roles across diverse teams, including development, engineering, and project management
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent communities for specialized renewable energy positions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors
• Proven success in hiring for technical and operational roles across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of project-driven recruiting and ability to manage searches across various locations
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of talent market trends and sourcing techniques relevant to wind and solar industries
