Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and close offers for senior research roles
• Analyze and improve the assessment process to enhance candidate selection
• Develop new candidate pipelines and utilize data for informed hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent operations, or a generalist role at a mission-driven organization
• Comfort with data spreadsheets and basic quantitative analysis
• Experience working closely with executive-level leadership
• Familiarity with global health, development economics, or effective altruism is a plus
• Recruiting experience is welcome but not required
