Senior Recruiter with Clearance, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles in a fully remote environment, ensuring compliance with federal hiring guidelines and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake meetings to onboarding
• Proactively source candidates for specialized technical and HR management roles
• Navigate the complexities of hiring candidates with active security clearances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree required
• 10+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Extensive experience in government contracting and federal hiring processes
• Tangible experience with clearance verification and federal background investigations
• Proficiency in modern recruitment tech stacks and experience with ATS, preferably JazzHR
